Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 21:00. Guests are required to contact the property on the day of arrival from 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM by writing on WhatsApp. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. In case of a later check-in from 09:00 PM to 11:00 PM, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 will be charged by transfer to a bank card. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. During the New Year holidays from December 31 to January 9, guests will be charged a security deposit of 100% of the cost of the reservation per night.
