Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A cot, bed linen and a baby potty are provided upon prior request. Contactless check-in is possible at any time. It is possible to rent a parking space on the territory of the residential complex separately for an additional fee. There is no free parking. How to get to the apartment: Take the bus to the Sanatorium Primorye stop, walk to the hill; Bus route 86 from the center of Sochi takes you directly to the Moravia residential complex. The bus stop is within walking distance. Upon check-in, a contract is concluded for the entire period of stay. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after checking and cleaning the apartment. Smoking is prohibited. Payment for accommodation is made immediately after check-in and conclusion of the contract. The minimum rental period is 5 days, if less, then cleaning is paid separately in the amount of RUB 2000.00. Early check-in and late check-out are provided whenever possible, 50% of the cost of the day is charged. If the guests are guaranteed to need an early check-in or a late check-out, then it is necessary to book an additional day (before or after).
