You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to send a copy of their passport within 24 hours of making the booking. The name on the passport should match the name on the bank card used to make the booking. You may be refused check-in if you do not send a copy of your passport prior to arrival. A surcharge of GBP 10 per hour applies if guests arrive outside their stated arrival time without notifying the property within 3 hours of check-in.
