Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. An extra bed on a folding bed is available on request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the surcharge is RUB 1500.00 per day, on other dates an extra bed is provided free of charge. When booking an extra bed, breakfast and dinner are not included and are paid separately: breakfast — RUB 600.00, dinner — RUB 850.00. It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children from 0 to 7 years old inclusive stay free of charge. Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel. The cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00 AM, subject to availability of rooms. Late check-out before 05:00 PM is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 05:00 PM is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay. When checking in with pets, a deposit is charged, which is refundable if nothing is damaged in the room.
