Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon request, an inflatable double mattress can be provided. For an additional fee, guests can access a broom for the bath, charcoal, fire starters, firewood for the barbecue, bath hats, children's arm floats, and pool and jacuzzi diapers, as well as two bicycles. A bath with air massage and chromotherapy is paid separately, cost: RUB 6000.00. The house is intended for quiet family vacations and is not suitable for loud parties or gatherings. There is a designated smoking area on the property. Smoking is prohibited in the bath and inside the house. Noise is not permitted after 11:00 PM. Pets, the use of hookahs, fireworks, and firecrackers are prohibited. Guests are fully responsible for the preservation of the property and for the life and health of those present on the premises. The security deposit will be refunded to the guest's card within 2 hours after check-out, provided that the rules are followed. Transfer from Khrabrovo Airport to the house in the village of Dobroye and vice versa is also available. The cost of the transfer is 2000.00 RUB. Additional trips around the city and region can be arranged separately. The service is provided in a Volkswagen Tiguan.
