Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. It is an Ultra All Inclusive hotel. All rooms are on the 5th floor without balconies and with a small window under the ceiling. It is allowed to accommodate dogs weighing up to 5 kg — RUB 2000.00 per room for the entire period of stay. Payment at the hotel is made only by credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. SPA services are available for an additional fee (beauty services, individual steam rooms, etc.) There are free steam rooms for general use. The Guest stay service on weekdays (Monday to Friday) is RUB 5000.00, including 20% VAT (RUB 1000.00) for an adult, RUB 3000.00, including 20% VAT (RUB 600.00) for a child 3-12 years old. Children under 3 years old are free of charge. The Guest stay service on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and public holidays is RUB 9000.00, including 20% VAT (RUB 1800.00) for an adult, RUB 5400.00, including 20% VAT (RUB 1080.00) for a child 3-12 years old. Children under 3 years old are free of charge. The price includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet, intermediate meals, use of the SPA center, gym, swimming pools and the hotel grounds.
