Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. To check in, you must present a certificate of the absence of COVID-19, or a certificate of the presence of antibodies received 5 days before arrival. Guests are required to make a prepayment of 1 night's stay prior to arrival. The hotel administrator will contact the guest within a few days after making the reservation to provide information on how to make the prepayment.
