Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The sauna and hammam are charged separately. Spa access is included for the following room categories: Superior, Suite, Suite with Moscow City View, Executive Suite, Art Suite, and Presidential Suite. No time restrictions and no prior booking are required. Access to the spa is open until 08:00 PM for visits with children under 12 years old. For adults, the spa complex is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Spa pricing for hotel guests (rates for 2 hours, other room categories): Weekdays (Mon–Thu): adults – RUB 3000.00, children under 12 years old – RUB 2000.00. Weekends (Fri–Sun): adults – RUB 5000.00, children under 12 years old – RUB 3500.00. Only one dog weighing up to 5 kg is allowed in the room. The "breakfast in the room" service is charged separately.
