This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform R213 Residences Botanique in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Smoking is ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted in our apartments – please note that you may occur a fine for smoke related damages! We provide a complementary HOUSEKEEPING & LINEN refreshment service once a week, additional services are available pending a supplement. CHECK-IN: from 3pm till 8pm, please make sure to mention your estimated time of arrival upon making your reservation, R213 Residences Botanique offers luggage storage pending a 5€ supplement per bag/day CHECK-OUT: A late check-out till 12 noon is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 3 p.m. are subject to availability and a 60€ supplement. For a departure after 3:00 p.m., we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability. REGISTRATION: Your reservation is valid for the number of persons mentioned in the reservation, these in turn will have to be registered with photo ID prior or upon check-in. Visitors and or non-registered persons are requested to leave the premises by 11pm or be subject to a 125€ penalty. QUIET HOURS: Out of mutual respect our “quiet” hours are from 10pm to 7am. Notwithstanding the fact that our apartments are insulated, certain sounds and noises may infiltrate neighbouring apartments and may be considered a nuisance. Large gatherings and parties are prohibited and are subject to a penalty of 250€ with immediate eviction.
