You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in winter for the Budget Studio and for short stays of of less than 6 nights. They are available at an additional cost per person per stay, to be paid directly on site: - Single sheet set: EUR 8 - Double sheet set: EUR 12 - Towels set: EUR 5 Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 6 or more nights, except for the Budget Studio. End-of-stay cleaning is extra, to be paid on site. It is included (except kitchen area) for Super Home, Prestige and Exclusive accommodations.
