A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Late check-in fee(after 20:00): EUR 35.00 Loud music and any disturbance to neighbours are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Total number of guests cannot exceed the quoted number unless agreed. Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment as it was presented to them and therefore, responsible for paying for damages they may have caused during the course of the reservation. Guests are kindly asked to leave the kitchen in a clean, orderly condition: All rubbish is to be disposed of in the proper manner and the kitchen area is to be left clean and tidy, all the cookware and tableware washed. All the bins in the rooms and in the bathroom are to be empty. Failure to comply with the rules, particularly excessive noise after 10 PM, may result in partial or total retention of the security deposit and / or termination of your stay.
