Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. For guests under 14, a birth certificate must be provided. Guests can also get there by private transport or taxi. From December 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, the ticket price for climbing the Olympia cable car on the Rosa Dolina — Gornaya Olympic Village route (560 m — 1100 m) for guests staying in hotels of the Gornaya Olympic Village has been changed: The cost of an adult ticket or a child over 15 years old is 150.00 RUB; The cost of a children's ticket for children from 7 to 14 years old inclusive is 80.00 RUB. The ticket is valid for an unlimited number of ascents and descents on the Olympia cable car per day during the guest's stay at the hotel. Guests can check the cable car schedule with the hotel staff, contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. From June 1, a shuttle service runs to and from the sea beach. It operates daily and departs twice a day. The transfer is available until October 1, 2025. Pets are allowed in all rooms, with the exception of Superior rooms.
