In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only final cleaning is included, and extra cleaning can be ordered at a surcharge. Payment takes place at the reception, open daily from 10:00 to 19:00. Arrival is possible at anytime after 16:00, guests will receive a code via email which they will need to enter the apartment. Please note this property operates a strict non-smoking policy. If violated, the guest will be charged EUR 300.
