Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is open until 20:00. Booking is possible from 2 nights or for the price of 2 nights. Upon check-in, guests must pay the final cleaning fee for the apartments, which is paid upon check-in in addition to the booking amount. The deposit is refunded to the card after cleaning the apartment. Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. Check-out is from 11:00 to 12:00. Early check-in (00:00-11:00) and late check-in (20:00-00:00) are subject to availability and for an additional fee of RUB 2000.00. Pets are not allowed. The facility is rented to non-smokers. Parties and noise from 22:00 to 10:00 are strictly prohibited.
