Departures from Ao Po Grand Pier in Phuket to the resort: 11:00 AM, 01:00 PM and 04:00 PM. Departures from the resort to Ao Po Grand Pier in Phuket are 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM. Minibus departure from Phuket Airport to Ao Po Grand Marina in Phuket: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM. The cost of the transfer is paid separately and is THB 950.00 per adult and THB 475.00 per child from 2 to 11 years old. Accommodation of additional guests — Children under 1 year of age are accommodated free of charge when accompanied by an adult. — Children aged 2 to 11 years will be charged THB 450.00 per person per night. — Guests over 12 years old will be charged THB 2500.00 per person per night. This property hosts an optional New Year's Eve gala dinner for guests staying on December 31, 2024. Guests who wish to attend must book the gala dinner at least 7 days in advance. Fees are THB 3,600 per adult and THB 1,800 per child ages 2-11, collected by the property. There are no fees for children age 1 and younger to attend with paying adults. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Children under 9 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. The deposit of the room will be collected. There’s 2 options: 1. Credit card (Visa / MasterCard) – The resort will verify the card by setting a limit of THB 01.00. 2. Cash – The deposit amount is THB 3000.00 / USD 100.00. Guests can enjoy a resort credit of THB 1000.00 per room per night. Valid from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026. The credit can be used towards any resort service, excluding third party services. The credit is valid for the current stay only and is not redeemable for cash.
