Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Early check-in (before the check-out time) and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Before check-in, you must sign an online agreement through a specialized service. The remaining payment for accommodation and a security deposit must be paid before check-in. After full payment for accommodation, making a security deposit and signing the agreement, guests are sent instructions for check-in.
