Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A planned water shutdown is expected from June 16 to 26, 2025. Due to the shutdown of the hot water, the cost of accommodation is reduced. Self-service contactless check-in is provided. The access code to the flat will be issued only after the deposit has been transferred. Guests are required to pay in advance for the first night. Smoking cigarettes or other smoking blends is strictly prohibited in the flat and in the building entrance. Smoking is only allowed outside or on the shared balcony, which is located near the elevators. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in bed. No loud events or parties are allowed in the flat. The flat is not suitable for guests with pets. A fine of 3000.00 RUB will be charged for violating the house rules. For stays of one night, a one-time cleaning fee of 1000.00 RUB applies. However, advance booking for just one night is not possible.
