Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are kindly requested to note when booking that there will be no hot water supply between 06/19/2024 and 06/29/2024. Guests must contact the property on the day of arrival between 10:00 AM and 09:00 PM Moscow time. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. In case of a later check-in from 09:00 PM to 11:00 AM, an additional fee of 500.00 RUB is charged by transfer to a bank card. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM.Please inform the property owners about your estimated arrival time in advance and also get in contact with them on your arrival day in order to ensure late check-in. A prepayment may be required to secure your reservation. A security deposit may be required upon arrival. Guests are required to pay a deposit to the maid's bank card upon check-in.
