Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. Guests must contact the administrator two hours before check-in. Contactless check-in is possible. For contactless check-in, a photo of the first page of the passport must be sent to the administrator. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Payment for accommodation and the deposit can be made via bank transfer or QR code. For legal entities, payment can be made to the organization's account. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged individually. No refund is provided for early departure. Prohibited: staying with pets, hosting parties, smoking, inviting outsiders, making noise. Fire safety regulations must be observed. A fine of 5000.00 RUB is imposed for violating the rules. The deposit is returned on the day of departure between 02:00 PM and 08:00 PM. To receive the deposit back, guests must leave the keys on the hook, dispose of the trash, and wash the dishes, in addition to following the house rules. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available for an extra fee.
