Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests must contact the property on the day of arrival between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM Moscow time. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. In case of a later check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged by transfer to a bank card. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. During the New Year holidays from December 31 to January 9, guests will be charged a security deposit of 100% of the cost of the reservation per night.
