Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of ZAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property entrance is in Brad Street, just to the right of Barrow St. We are Pet Friendly. Our Pet Fee are R200 per (small) pet, per day.
