Additional charge for gas and electricity will be applied. This only applies to stays over 7 nights. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. Upon arrival, for all apartment bookings, a signed damage contract is required. The hotel may request cash or credit card pre-authorisation deposit specified in the policies as a security deposit. The deposit is refunded on departure if no damage has occurred. Please note that the apartments are not cleaned during your stay. A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products is provided upon arrival.
