Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Remote check-in is available at the apartment. To receive check-in instructions, guests need to contact the property by phone or via WhatsApp after booking during business hours — from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. At check-in, guests are required to pay a mandatory final cleaning fee. This fee is not included in the accommodation price. A security deposit is also required at check-in. The deposit is refunded after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment by housekeeping staff. Pets are allowed upon prior agreement. The fee is 1000.00 RUB per day, with a maximum charge of 5000.00 RUB for the entire stay. Upon request, official invoices for business trips can be provided. The cost of this service is calculated individually.
