Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include electrical and water usage fees. Guests will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit consumed for water. Guests must pay these fees directly to the property upon check out. Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 19:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone.
