Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For contactless check-in, guests are required to provide a scan or photo of their passport and an email address. Based on this information, a rental agreement is completed and sent to the guest electronically. Accommodation with children is possible from the age of 10. The listed price applies to 1-2 guests occupying one double bed. If an extra sleeping place on the sofa is needed, it is charged separately. An additional guest is accommodated for an extra fee of RUB 1000.00 per person. Check-in is only available during the day and evening, until 09:00 PM. Late check-out or early check-in is possible, subject to availability, for an additional fee of RUB 500.00. Payment is by bank card. Minimum booking period — 2 nights. Pets are not allowed. Parties and festive events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, including hookahs and vapes. A fine of 5,000 RUB applies for violations. Noise is not allowed from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM, as well as from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM. Only the number of guests specified in the booking is allowed to stay in the apartment. The security deposit is refunded upon check-out if the house rules are followed and the apartment is left in good condition. In case of violations of the rules, the deposit is withheld in full. After full payment for the booked dates, no refund is provided if guests decide to leave earlier than planned. Please note that repair works may be carried out in the residential complex during the daytime.
