Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 07:00 - 22:00. On the day of booking guests need to make a deposit and send a photo of the first page of their passport and residence registration page. In case of booking for 1 day a service fee of RUB 1000.00 will be charged. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning, in the evening. The apartment has video surveillance with sound recording for security purposes. The camera is located inside and is directed at the entrance. For business travelers, a package of reporting documents is provided. The property has contactless check-in 24/7. Keys are received through a combination lock. Before check-in, a scan or photo of a passport is required to sign the contract, with registration and a photo, and a deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay, after cleaning, during the day, by transfer to the guest's card. Official working hours for calls from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but guests are checked in and out of the apartment around the clock, with prior arrangement during working hours. In what cases the deposit is not refundable: If guests smoked in the apartment, not on the balcony, with the door closed: electronic cigarettes, steam rooms, and hookahs are also prohibited. If guests damaged something in the apartment and the maid recorded it. If guests made noise in the apartment after 09:00 PM. If guests did not warn about the intended party. If guests checked in with pets and did not discuss this fact in advance. If guests took the keys with them. If guests walked around the apartment in street shoes. If guests moved and rearranged furniture. An additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 3 nights. The cost of cleaning one-room apartments and studios is RUB 1500.00, the cost of cleaning two-room apartments is RUB 2000.00.
