Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 15:00 - 23:00. The apartment will have a planned shutdown of hot water from May 21 to May 30, 2024. During the New Year holidays, there is an insurance deposit of RUB 10000.00 and a non-refundable prepayment of 50% of the booking price. Check-in after 23:00 is possible only by prior agreement and for an additional fee. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The apartments have free check-in from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM. From 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM check-in is 500.00 RUB. Late check-out with an additional payment of 30-40% of the room rate.
