When booking for a period of 14 days or more, the property takes an increased deposit of RUB 5000.00 and additionally charges for maintenance cleaning with bed linen change at a cost of RUB 2000.00. The cleaning time is agreed upon in advance and is carried out in the absence of guests. Additionally available: instead of the scheduled cleaning during the stay, guests can pay for cleaning upon departure: RUB 3000.00. When booking for 21 days or more, two cleaning sessions are charged during the stay or one cleaning is charged upon departure.
