Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. For stays of more than 7 days, there is a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for final and intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds together with the security deposit on the day of arrival. Staying with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior agreement and payment there is a fine of RUB 3000.00. A cradle with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per stay. The apartments are not rented out for noisy events. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
