Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to take out the trash and wash the dishes. Smoking is prohibited in the house, including electronic cigarettes, hookah, etc. It is forbidden to light open sources of fire in the house, on the veranda and on the plot. It is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes in the house. Parties are prohibited. The number of guests in the house around the clock is strictly equal to the number indicated in the booking. If guests are scheduled but do not stay overnight, this must be agreed upon. The deposit will not be refunded in case of violation of these rules. Additional sets of linen and towels when booking for 2 people cost RUB 350.00. The standard set includes a set of linen and 2 towels.
