The apartment owner has the right to request an advance payment in order to be sure of the guest's intentions. The receiving party contacts the guest, provides instructions on check-in and an invoice for prepayment via online acquiring. When booking for one night, the deposit can be increased at the discretion of the host party. A complete package of accounting documents is provided: a cash receipt with a QR code, an invoice, and a closing statement.
