Guests are kindly requested to inform Apartamentos Turísticos Vale de Carros of their expected arrival time and flight details. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Wi-Fi is available only in common areas. The minimum age allowed for check-in is 18 years. Guests aged 13 and over will be charged the following tax: from November to March — without charge, from April to October — EUR 2.00 per night per person, but not more than EUR 14.00 per person for the entire stay. The available prices are not valid for groups. Group prices are on request. Check-in: from 04:00 PM until 11:00 PM (June until October) + from 04:00 PM until 07:00 PM (November until May). All check-ins made after 07:00 PM (November until May) will have an additional charge of EUR 20.00 (in cash) paid directly by client.The unit request that the arrival time should always be informed. In case they don’t have this information the guests may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person in charge, therefore guests must call the hotel 30 minutes before arrival to the unit (It is not allowed check-in after 11:00 PM) The amenities and the toilet paper will be provided at the arrival day, the remaining days are up to the client. The apartments don´t have daily cleaning, only change of towels every 4 days and linen weekly. The pool is open seasonally, from May 1 to October 31.
