A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. For the month of April and October. A heating fee can be applied of 25 EUR per night. For reservations shorter than a week a fee will be charged, and it will be of 100 EUR per stay. After keys are returned the deposit made will be returned within 48 hours.
