In connection with COVID-19, the hotel made adjustments to the terms of payment for new bookings in 2020: 20% of the cost of the stay is paid after confirmation of the reservation. 80% of the price is payable 14 days before arrival. Free cancellation is possible 14 days prior to arrival. The day before departure, the guest will contact the owner to confirm the time of departure from the hotel. Departure and inspection of the property is carried out after the departure of the guests, and the owner will contact the guests and report them only in case of damage, no later than 24 hours after their departure.
