Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. After making a reservation, a prepayment of the cost of 2 nights stay is required.The prepayment is 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled 30 days before the arrival date.The prepayment is refunded in 50% of the amount if the reservation is cancelled from 30 days to 14 days before the date of arrival.If guests cancel their reservation 14 days before arrival or less, the prepayment will not be refunded.Prepayment for accommodation must be transferred to the Sberbank card within 2 days.Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel about the arrival time and get check-in instructions.
