To clarify important details of the accommodation it is necessary to contact in advance after making a reservation by phone or via WhatsApp during working hours from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For check-in instructions, guests need to contact the property one day prior to check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The deposit will be refunded within a day after check-out after the maid has checked the apartment. Accommodation with animals is possible upon prior agreement, RUB 1000.00 per day, maximum RUB 5000.00 for the entire period of stay.
