Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 21:00. Upon check-in, a rental agreement is concluded, guests must sign it. After leaving, the commandant checks the integrity of the room, and if everything is in order, the deposit is returned. Guests are required to notify the property if they arrive after 18:00. All hotel rooms have double beds. It is forbidden to smoke inside the guest complex. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a security deposit for the entire stay in the amount of: Comfort Cottage and Superior Cottage — RUB 5000.00, Apartments, Quadruple Family Room, Economy Quadruple Room and Family room — RUB 2000.00, Standard Quadruple Room with two double beds — RUB 3000.00, Economy Double Room with shared bathroom, Double Studio Room with a double bed, Suite, Standard Double Room with a double bed, Economy Double Room with two single beds — RUB 1000.00. Pets are allowed in all accommodation options except Economy Double Room and Standard Double Room. When checking in with animals, a deposit for each animal in the amount of RUB 1000.00 is added to the main insurance deposit. Security deposits are refundable upon departure, subject to compliance with the rules of residence. Accommodation for each animal less than 5 kg — RUB 500.00 for the entire stay. Accommodation for each animal over 5 kg — RUB 1000.00 for the entire stay.
