Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When checking in for one day, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 2500.00 is paid. Rules of accommodation: 1. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the landing. In case of violation, the security deposit will not be refunded. 2. The apartment is not suitable for parties. 3. Candles and pyrotechnics are prohibited. 4. Pets are not allowed. The deposit is refunded immediately after the final cleaning. Major repairs are underway in the courtyard of the house (as in many other houses in the city at the moment). Guests need a passport to sign the documents. The cost of a day varies depending on the time of year, day of the week and holidays. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed and paid separately, subject to availability. Reporting documents are provided to business travelers.
