When checking in, guests need to make a deposit of RUB 3,000.00 per room in cash or give consent to authorize this amount on their bank card as a guarantee for the preservation of material values ​​in hotel rooms, as well as a guarantee of payment for additional services if the guest uses them. In the absence of complaints about the room after the departure of guests, the security deposit is refunded in full if additional services have not been provided. In the case of the provision of additional paid services, their value is deducted from the security deposit and the remaining amount is returned to the guests. Guests under the age of 18 can only be accompanied by a parent or official guardian. The cost of additional space for a child from 10 years and above is RUB 2,300.00 per day.
