Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Rules of accommodation: 1. In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 52-F3 "On the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population", it is forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 08:00. It is forbidden to talk loudly, turn on the TV, music. 2. Check-out time is 11:00. Check-in at 14:00, check-out before 11:00 the next day, each subsequent hour is charged additionally. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. 4. Guests are asked to keep clean and wash dishes and take out the trash themselves. 5. Guests should not place animals in the apartment without the consent of the owner of the rented premises. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. 6. Guests under the age of 18 may stay in the facility only in the presence of their parents. 7. Guests should not bring third parties into the apartment without the consent of the owner of the rented premises. 8. When leaving the apartment, guests should close taps and windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances. 9. Guests should not rearrange the furniture. For violation of the rules of operation of premises, the daily rental agreement may be terminated. The penalty is the security cost of the rental.
