Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon check-in, a rental agreement is drawn up and a deposit is collected, which is returned on the day of check-out after the apartment is cleaned, provided that the apartment and property are safe. Check-in instructions will be sent to guests prior to arrival. If three guests plan to move in: two adults and a child, then the staff needs time to prepare the apartment for the third guest. Guests must be notified in advance. Bed linen for a folding chair is provided for an additional fee of RUB 500.00. Pets are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited. In the apartment, some of the equipment is disconnected from the power supply by default; if guests want to use it, they need to connect the equipment to the network. Children under 18 years old can only be accommodated with their parents and a passport. Late check-in from 08:00 РМ to 07:00 АМ is available for an additional fee.
