In winter, the ski bus, which pretty much stops in front of the house, takes you to the nearby Golmbahn or to the other Montafon ski areas. Beautiful winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are close to the house. In summer, the residence is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain bike tours.
