In summer, the area offers peace & nature, as well as sporting outings: 450 km of hiking trails, 180 km of mountain bike trails, 4 mountain lifts, 30 Alpine lodges & a swimming pool with 3 slides

From winter 2025/2026, there will be a new ski slope located right next to the property, equipped with snow cannons. This means there is a high chance of guaranteed skiing and snowboarding right up to the apartment
