As the park is located in national park the Hoge Kempen, you can go on fantastic walking and cycling trips. No less than 440 km of paths to discover. The beautiful village of old Rekem was voted the most beautiful village in Flanders in 2008. For families with children there is a great gnome forest in Lanaken
