A swimming certificate for the kids is a plus given the surroundings. Via your own swimming ladder you have easy access to your terrace after a refreshing dip and you can bake fresh rolls in the small oven

The houseboat is located on the Mookerplas, near Germany, with restaurants and a beach with playground located at the marina. The area is ideal for walking and cycling, with Landgoed Mookerheide nearby. Numerous excursions are possible, including city visits in the Netherlands or Germany and attraction, playground or zoo visits.
