The second and third floors of this farmhouse are entirely at your disposal. Via the stairs you reach the lovingly decorated cosy dining room with open kitchen. It is furnished with lots of wood and a decorative tiled stove. One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine and in the shared garden you can enjoy the Austrian sunshine in summer. Fantastic!

Winter sports fans benefit from the ideal location in relation to the ski resorts of Kirchberg-Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn gondola about 2 km away) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Smaragdbahn ski lift about 2 km away). The ski bus leaves in front of the farm.

In spring, summer and autumn, this region offers the most beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike rides through untouched nature. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is a swimming pool 500 metres away on foot. The famous Großglockner but also the Krimmler Wasserfälle are nearby, and both are definitely worth a visit!
