For winter lovers, the Simonhöhe ski area is a top location: less than a 15-minute drive away you will find 15 km of slopes and 7 lifts, ideal for families and skiers of all levels. Other ski resorts such as Bad Kleinkirchheim (103 km of slopes) and Gerlitzen Alpe (52 km of slopes) are just an hour's drive away.

In summer, adventure beckons: hiking, cycling or swimming in idyllic lakes such as Kraigersee, Urbansee, Goggausee, Zmulner See and Längsee. Wörthersee and Ossiacher See are just 15-30 km away.
