In summer, there is a public swimming pool as well as, for example, tennis courts in the region. Activities at the nearby Red Bull Ring, such as the air show "Air Power", the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the MotoGP in summer. There is a 24/7 accessible laundrette in the building and some of the other apartments are also rented out either short term to tourists or long term.
