Surrounded by mountains, right by lake Afritzer See and close to lake Feldsee (Brennsee), this is the ideal destination for nature lovers, peace seekers, and adventurers. Each season offers plenty of opportunities for a diverse holiday.

Lake Afritzer See and lake Feldsee are known for their crystal-clear, azure blue waters and relaxed atmosphere. The private beach of the apartment complex, as well as various well-maintained beach areas with sunbathing lawns and stunning mountain views, provides the ultimate vacation feeling. Other well-known lakes such as lake Ossiacher See, lake Faaker See, and lake Millstätter See are also within short distance.

For active vacationers, there are countless hiking, cycling, and e-bike/mountain biking routes through mountain landscapes, alpine meadows, and along clear lakes. In winter, two popular ski resorts are nearby. Bad Kleinkirchheim is approximately 15 km away and offers 103 km of perfectly maintained slopes.
