It offers access to a shared garden with play equipment, sun loungers and a barbecue and a shared living/dining room with several dining tables on the ground floor. On the terrace at the front of the house you can start the days relaxing with a cup of coffee. Austria in all its glory!

Here in the heart of the Brixen Valley, there is plenty to do. From horse riding, cycling, golfing and hiking in summer to skiing and snowboarding in winter. The region is home to beautiful cross-country skiing trails and an impressive network of cycling and hiking trails against a magical backdrop
